Be it an outdoor presentation, a guest speaker, or even a visiting dignitary, our technicians are available to assist with your special event. From assisting with the design of technology to setup to ensuring the equipment is functioning properly, we strive to make your event as stress free as possible. Please contact our offices at 7121 with details and provide at least one week lead time to ensure we have a technician available.*

*Events not sponsored by TCU, or not held during normal business hours will incur a charge of $50.00 per hour.
